The bed was comfortable and I slept so well! Rooms were clean, quiet and decorated minimally. I appreciated the full kitchen for the full size refrigerator with freezer on top. Didn't use the stove. Staff was attentive when we asked for blankets and check in and out was a breeze. I was expecting more offerings for breakfast (Nutrigrain bar and packaged muffin, passed on the oatmeal packet) but it was presented well... and I did have the option of cooking for myself in my room.

Stayed here for the first time this week. Couldn’t have been happier. Rate is $100-$200 less expensive than similar hotels nearby and just as good if not better. The gals on the check in desk were friendly and efficient. There’s 4 washers and 4 dryers right off the lobby that can be used 24/7. Only “complaint” I have is that they only had flavored creamer for the coffee-LOL. Will definitely stay again

I've had to stay at extended stays from May until November. Not for leisure, but I was homeless. I typically would go between Manchester, Farmington and Meriden. It really depended on who had the cheapest price for the day I'm strictly talking about the Farmington location now. I think some things need to be said. First off, the rooms themselves are great. A lot of them are remodeled with stoves and ovens. Many of them have full kitchens. The only gripe I ever had with the room itself, is if somebody cooked with Curry or a very strong smell the night before, good luck ever getting it out. I had to change rooms one night because the smell was so gross it kept waking me up out of a dead sleep. That's not really the hotel's fault though. Now here's where I get a little more critical. First of all, I want to say that most of the staff has been great. My battery was dead in my car one morning, and one of them had jumper cables and helped me out. The second shift crew has always been great also. But here's my problem... There is this one woman who works in the morning, that is the most miserable ,rude employee out of all of the extended stays I've been to. I thought she was a manager because she's probably in her '50s or '60s and has that demeanor. Because I'm constantly checking in and checking out due to making new money everyday, apparently she doesn't like that? Not that it's any of her business because I'm giving the hotel money everyday. I keep every room spotless. I use my own bedding. I don't even undo the bed sheets or any of that. I'm always pleasant. I don't bother anybody. Then there are times where I would bring stuff back to my car and it's a minute or two before checkout, and the woman would be on the phone and would yell as I walk by "SOME people haven't checked out yet" , just loud enough so I could hear it. It was this passive aggressive thing that I just didn't appreciate. Every time I would say hello, ask how she's doing. She would always give some snide remark and roll her eyes at me. Very rude. Hates doing her job. Didn't like me because I was homeless and because it's hoity-toity Farmington, we can't have people that look like me there, apparently? I tried and tried to find some type of common ground with this woman, and be pleasant, but it's like she refused. I just want to say that because of what I was going through from being homeless, I was borderline suicidal. I almost took my life one night, and talked myself out of it. Imagine walking to the front desk after that, and being treated like an absolute peasant? She needs to work on her people skills because one day she's going to set the wrong person off, and it's going to blow up in her face. She needs to be coached. I don't care that she's a woman in her '50s or '60s, she needs to learn how to treat people better if she's going to work in hospitality. Otherwise my stay was great. However, this woman needs a good talking to because she needs to stop treating people the way she does.

Very clean, very kind staff, Willis is amazing! We had a minor problem with our first room and he moved us immediately with no questions. Very satisfied with the service. Mattress and bedding was very comfortable, too.

Destiny and Tina at the front desk are absolutely amazing. We were residents for nearly 9 months, and they were an absolute blessing. Bryan the maintenance guy is great too!
